Why we built Mono Luxe
We wanted the privacy of a home and the ease of a hotel, in the heart of Tamarindo. So we built it.
Mono Luxe Villas is 42 private residences across two buildings, a short walk from the sand. Every residence has its own kitchen, living space and balcony, and every stay comes with a full-time front desk, concierge, security and daily housekeeping.
Families get room to spread out. Couples get looked after. Owners get a Costa Rica home that never becomes a second job.
