Playa Tamarindo is less than a one-minute walk away. The restaurants, bars and shops in the center of downtown Tamarindo are about five minutes away on foot.

Not necessarily. The beach, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance, and our concierge can book tours that include pickup from the property.

Mono Loco is the only private beach club in Tamarindo, opening in December 2026 on Tamarindo Bay. It features the largest beachfront pool in Tamarindo, two-story VIP cabanas, three restaurants and bars, a members’ spa and gym, a watersports center and a penthouse events space.

Yes. Guests staying at Mono Luxe Villas have access to the Mono Loco Beach Club during their stay, and every Mono Luxe residence includes a private membership for its owners.

Yes. Owners receive full titled ownership with no land lease. Every residence is delivered fully furnished and turn-key.

Yes. Costa Rica allows foreign buyers to own titled property with the same rights as citizens. We recommend working with a local attorney during your purchase.

Mono Luxe Villas is professionally managed by IQ Luxe. When you are away, your residence can be rented to guests through our rental program, and our team handles housekeeping, maintenance and guest services.
